Frequently asked questions
Can I buy the car without German VAT?
For export outside the EU, a car can usually be bought net (without the 19% German VAT) if the dealer sells it with deductible VAT and the export is documented. We check this for every offer.
How long does it take?
With air freight, usually about 7 days from purchase; with sea freight, about 30 to 45 days. We give you the exact timeline in your quote.
Which documents do I receive?
The vehicle title (Zulassungsbescheinigung Teil II), invoice or purchase contract, export customs documents and the air waybill or bill of lading.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer to our German company account. The exact terms are stated in your quote.
Do you deliver to other countries?
Yes. Most of our cars go to Dubai and the UAE, and we also deliver regularly to Uzbekistan. Other countries worldwide are possible on request.
